How much does the automatic deposit cost?
The service is free for you. If no damage is found, the deposit is released and nobody is charged anything.
Only when you retain a deposit, a 5% commission and bank fees are added to the amount charged to the guest: you receive the full retained amount. Your first 3 retentions are free, after that Premium is required.

What is a pre-authorised deposit?
It is a card hold: the guest’s bank reserves the amount on their card without charging it. If there is no damage, the hold is simply cancelled.
Is the guest charged?
No, unless you retain all or part of the deposit for documented damage. Then only the retained amount is charged.
Can I use it with Airbnb or Booking.com bookings?
The automatic deposit is ideal for your direct bookings. For a booking made on a platform, check its terms first: some, such as Airbnb, forbid asking guests for payments or deposits outside the platform.
